Walkthrough: The entrance is on the left wall of the ledge with the arrow sign and can be found near the exit of the stage. You have to use a barrel to smash it open.
You'll find an Expresso Animal Crate on this hidden stage. Open it and use Expresso to cross the long gap. A Red Balloon is waiting for you at the other end.
