Walkthrough: Can be found right after the "N" kong letter. The "N" kong letter can be found on the bottom of one of the land masses. You need to have Expresso leap from the "N"s location and fly towards a hidden ground. You'll find a barrel on the way, which can use to bust a dead-end wall open.
Use the tire to bounce on the patches to reveal its contents. After that, you may exit the room.
