Walkthrough: The entrance is found at the right wall of the pit guarded by 2 Zingers. Use a barrel to smash the wall open.
This is similar to Bonus Room 2. Your task is to match same icons inside the barrels. Now, as to what icon to match, that would be up to you. Though we recommend you match 3 Red Balloons or 3 Winky Tokens to receive either of the two.
